He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Pace University School of Law in 2000. Josh was admitted to the New York State Bar and the United States District Court – Southern District of New York in 2001. He moved to Halifax, Nova Scotia in 2004 and received his LL. B. from the Federation of Law Societies of Canada National Committee on Accreditation. He was admitted to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2005, the New Brunswick Bar in 2014, the Newfoundland & Labrador Bar in 2015 and the Prince Edward Island Bar in 2017.\nA Partner at the firm, Josh practices Corporate and Commercial litigation emphasizing on Creditors’ Remedies, Debt Realization, Foreclosures, Powers of Sale and Security Enforcement.
